The House is in a very quiet and peaceful area that has little or no crime. It is situated in the Gaeltacht.

The property is near the Derrynasaggart Mountains in County Cork. The area is unspoilt and quite mountainous with many mature woodland walks. The population are very friendly and for the most part a farming community.
